Our Small Group PT sessions give you the benefits of personal training, in a supportive small-group setting. With up to 8 people in each class, your trainer can offer more coaching, personalised cues, and real-time technique corrections - so you feel guided, confident, and truly looked after. Each session is full-body and form-focused, blending functional and resistance-based movements using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight. The pace is controlled and intentional, helping you build strength, improve movement quality, and make consistent progress over time. It’s the perfect balance of PT-level attention and group-class energy.
