Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is where precision meets power. Using specialist equipment with springs and pulleys, this low-impact workout delivers incredible results — building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing mobility with every controlled movement. It’s challenging, addictive, and suitable for all levels.

Foundation

Reformer - Foundation

Perfect if you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refresh the basics. We’ll start by showing you around the reformer so you feel comfortable, then guide you through a fundamentals-focused class at a steady pace to build your confidence while improving core strength, mobility, co-ordination, tone and posture. If you’re brand new, we recommend completing at least 3 Foundation classes before moving on to Intermediate - though many people choose to do more (as it’s very important to build gradually and progress with solid technique!). Don’t worry, we’ll always offer layers so you can take it at your own pace or challenge yourself further.

Reformer - Intermediate

Designed for people who are comfortable with the basics, our Intermediate class adds more flow, more resistance and more clever progressions so you can build strength, control and confident movement.

You’ll move through a flowing, full-body sequence that focuses on cleaner transitions, coordinated breathing and stronger muscle engagement. Expect extra layers and progressions — we’ll challenge your timing and control while keeping cueing clear and accessible. Classes are paced so you get technique, repetition and a proper cool-down.

Intermediate

Open Level

Reformer - Open Level

We’ll meet you exactly where you are. This open-level Reformer class is flexible around your experience and your schedule — a convenient, dependable option if you can’t make Foundation or Intermediate times, and a chance for regular Foundation attendees to try classes with more progressions. Our teachers use clear progressions, hands-on cueing and simple modifications so beginners can follow safe options while more experienced movers push resistance and variations to make progress.

 

Who it’s for? People who want Reformer benefits but can’t attend Foundation or Intermediate times. Foundation regulars who want to try more progressions and accelerate strength and coordination. If you’re brand-new we still recommend Reformer Foundation first.
